I would give 0 stars if i could. My sisters came here to buy me their vape pens. They bought 2 of them and the pens stopped working after a few hits and the light just stopped turning on. This clinic don't give refunds even though they sold us pens that were malfunctioning. My sister came in to exchange it and we got another pen that stopped working after a few hits. Waste of money and time. This place is a scam

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF NOW! DON'T GO HERE ANYMORE!!!! Horrible experience. This place use to be the bomb when it first opened. Great customer experience and great product for the price. NOT ANYMORE. Their prices are absurd. $387/OZ for Exclusive and the customer service was the worse ever. Darryl Woods was cold and had zero customer service skills. You would think someone working here could smile. He definitely hated his job and could careless about the patient. The first thing he said to me was "how much ya gonna buy". What a dick. The quality of the product has definitely dropped too & No more large purchase gifts! THE place is Really suckie & you FEEL RIPPED OFF. I can get Way better quality delivered to my door for $87 cheaper and a free 3.5gram gift for a full oz purchase from A Delivery Service. Killer customer service and superior quality at a way better price delivered to my door. I won't feel ripped off and I won't have to have sad ASS Darryl sneezing and blowing his nose all over my medicine. FYI - All Delivery services have been taking CC's for over a year. Oh ya, Did I mention that The Joint is a RIP OFF!!!
