My experience at The Joint Chiropractic was very good. I wasn’t feeling any significant pain, but I wanted to experience what an adjustment was like. It was very informative, and I felt great after the session. I recommend this place to anyone considering the experience.

Lindsay, Kaitlyn, and doctor Taylor are my favorite people to see when I walk into the joint Chiropractic clinic at clear Lake! Lindsay and Kaitlyn are always smiling, greeting me & my fianceé, & making us feel like a part of the family. I absolutely love going here and haven't thought about going to a different Joint spot simply because of how I'm treated so lovingly here at the Clear Lake location!

I've been committed to the joint lifestyle for quite some time and have never questioned my loyalty to the company until my most recent visit to the Clear Lake Clinic- a CROOKED and UNACCEPTABLE location. The professionalism and integrity I'm so used to experiencing was painfully absent from the atmosphere of the front lobby. For the first time it was obvious to me that the receptionist is clearly commission based. I watched first hand as the employee offered under the table deals or "free visit cards" to a prospective customer. I even heard the Dr. tell the receptionist in regards to a patient that he was going to find something that hurt to basically find a way to give them visits. The entire scene just screamed scam. I will be reporting further details to those at the corporate office, as I know this would never be tolerated by the company I am so proud to be apart of. To make matters worse, I was given a mediocre adjustment by a doctor was indifferent to the pains I specifically described. I understand that I may not have been one of his regular clients, however there is standard that are doctors are expected to uphold and Dr.Taylor clearly feels inferior to that responsibly. I'm sure that I am not alone in my experience and am hopeful that my voice will be heard as I further bring awareness to the heads of establishment.

After lengthy initial paperwork, the entire The Joint experience is streamlined and just what I needed. Quick check in and treatment with care are what to expect. Dr Taylor is amazing
