Wife and I both were seen the day I came in and she wholeheartedly believes in the joint. HOWEVER!!! We both left that location and felt worse than when we came and there was no recourse is what she was told when she went back to get a readjustment. She was told that she'd have to PAY FOR ANOTHER ADJUSTMENT to fix what the "Dr" had done to her. That is unsatisfactory, unresponsive and bad business for your brand. And for those reasons I will NEVER ever be seen by anyone else affiliated with any of your locations, nor will I suggest that anyone else be seen by any at your locations. I finally went to physical therapy to fix what YOUR "Dr" messed up because I damned well wasn't going to PAY a second time to fix what should have been done the first time.

came in for my first visit just now and the place was empty. The chiropractor was painfully rude. Asked me to fill out paperwork, and as soon as I finish (which takes about 10 minutes) he tells me with a sour attitude that there’s a half hour wait, when he knew we were in a rush. Whole problem could’ve been solved by simply letting me know there will be a 30 minute wait, instead of wasting my time. Update: Yes this was the correct location. No I will not reach out via email. Also, copy and pasting responses to poor reviews is very fake.
