I rate it very good, I'm feeling much better and I'm telling everyone! I was never afraid of the Chiropractor so it's good but if your new you might wanna start off slower. They don't mess around here and they will adjust you so be ready!

Dr. Anaya is AWESOME!! 13 car accidents, 4 natural births and the owner of a tax prep biz. That’s a lot of injuries to my neck, lower back, and my shoulder/shoulder blade. And a lot of stress and tension that I carry in my shoulders and neck. I usually see another chiropractor, who, in his own way is excellent. But my experience with Dr. Anaya has been different. I saw her because I had a pinched nerve in neck and I couldn’t move my arm or my shoulder. Which occurs from stenosis in my neck and some seriously high stress. I had already been to the emergency room (a waste) and my current chiropractor was not available. I wasn’t rushed, although it felt odd that other people were in the same space while I described my myriad of injuries. She felt my neck and shoulder and upper back and whole spine first. She could feel the super tension. The knots. She rubbed them out and used a tool to loosen them up before I ever even laid on the bed. I told her that I didn’t want her to adjust my lower back. We talked about my experiences before. She gently adjusted my injured neck and shoulder and told me to ice ice ice and then had me return that evening to check the adjustment. She made more adjustments and warned me that ice would be my best friend and she was right. But the next day it was already showing signs of healing. I could move it but it hurt like the dickens! I kept the ice on with an ace bandage 24 hours a day!! I saw her again in 2 days and then two times a week now for the last 4 weeks. Each time we discussed my progress. And each time the adjustment was easier. She suggested a tape (kinesiology tape) to provide relieve and to help strengthen and support my muscle for my neck and shoulder. It worked great too! Yesterday she was able to adjust my lower back. It was the first time any chiropractor got it to “move”. I will never see another chiropractor again.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
