Like a alot of businesses, finding help is an issue. We've bought appliances with no problems. I feel they're well stocked. I think their garden center is very well stocked.

Typically pretty good selections, and good customer service, but have had repeated times where I've experienced issues with online orders for store pick up or online inventory not matching in store anounts/quantities. Was advised by a very helpful associate that their "in store" inventory included what is on trucks out back...and often or obtainable for days. Not helpful to customers looking for something when they need it!!

Wow, I used to like this store because it was handy and convenient. Well no more.... I ordered two garage doors from them and the installation was botched - didn't receive what was ordered. It took me four months to get it mostly resolved. I personally had to visit the store to get any action or communication. I was seriously disappointed by the lack of leadership and ownership I have come to expect with the home depot name.

Works for me. Everyone is friendly, never too busy & parking & checking out are great. My favorite part is the workshop for kids on Saturdays. He loves going there & riding around on the race car cart....

Absolutely horrific experience. Purchased 9 lights; 3 of them were previously used and did not work. As I returned them and went to buy a similar product, I (wisely) opened them only to find the different lights were in badly used condition. It’s a disgrace they put these items on their shelves. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy, and if I could give negative stars, I would. Head to a separate Depot, but IF you must, open every single product before purchasing. It’s pathetic you’re forced to do this, but with such incompetence, you pay for what you buy.
