First Off, this is a Veteran owned business. I support all Veteran businesses. On my first visit I was so impressed with the Clean and classy appearance. They have a well lit facility and large parking lot. The staff were very knowledgeable and explained all of my questions. I came out well informed about their products and services. I definitely recommend trying The Herbal Center.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me make a selection that would best suit not just my condition, but my lifestyle. They explain the various ways of consumption and the pros and cons of each. The overall experience was great for a first visit.

This is the first dispensary I've ever been in and I was impressed. It's very clean and there's a parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking. The staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of products and sometimes you can get some good deals. Plus they're open 7 days a week which is really convenient. I highly recommend The Herbal Care Center.

I was please with the facility when I first walked in. The place gave me a very calm feeling. The room was very receiving, The registration was a breeze. The sign in was simple and easy to complete. After completing the few pages, I was taken another room to obtain my product. I was serviced by a clerk who explained about the type of med that was best for me. I was in and out of the dispensary in about an hour. The whole building was clean, modern, quiet, and easy to navigate. I bet there is no facility in Illinois, better then this one, and the product was excellent.

Top quality customer service, first and foremost. New patients will feel at ease in their environment. Their selection was outstanding, even for a very busy Saturday afternoon. The amenities on the website and in their other media and literature are all very much evident upon arrival. It is an outstanding overall experience, and I highly recommend patients and prospective patients to give The Herbal Care Center serious consideration as their chosen dispensary.
