This is hands down the best dispensary in the entire Pittsburgh area. The selection is larger than the others in the area, the prices are better, it’s a shorter wait and the staff is so much nicer and more knowledgeable. The staff actually gets to know the patients and understands what they need and guide them to the best medicine for them. I’ve been to all the other dispensaries in the city and there’s no other place I’ll go. They have great deals, great products and I can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Update: I've had much better luck during the week. And the staff are top notch. I'm always greeted with a smile and laugh! I absolutely love THC in Washington so I was excited when they opened the Monroeville location. However, I've been here a half dozen times and have never waited less than an hour. I will gladly drive to Washington to avoid the long wait and inability to properly queue their patients.

This is one of 4 dispensaries within 15 miles of my residence. It used to be my favorite. I have returned a defective item and had no issue. It was a manufacturer issue not dispensary. I received a full refund. Just remember to check your purchases when you get home. There is a 24 hr return policy. No longer my favorite for several reasons They raise prices on popular items and have "sales" on less popular items. Great knowledgeable helpful staff. Convenient location, more than ample parking, clean comfortable waiting area with water and snacks. Nice selection of products. A great diversity of strains in cartridge and dry leaf. Wait time is minimal. I am lowering another star for the following reasons. This is medical not recreational. Making a game out of picking strains (brackets) and telling people to stock up for 420 is recreational. Also they ran a special saying they are THE place for pax era pods. They had about 8..10 choices now they have 3 and have not added any since their ads. They should educate and provide more medically relevant strain info instead of their profit driving recreational attitude. Finally they want you to return your medicine bags. Really, isn't that jeopardizing the health and safety of customers and employees. Flu, viruses and other more serious contagions can be spread this way. Other dispensaries staple paper bags.

People come here to be healed, seriously! When I first started coming here I was not receiving a whole lot of help from other dispensaries. The staff here gave me expert level knowledge on which strains I should look for to help my symptoms. On top of having easily the widest selection in the area, they have excellent prices and frequently run sales to keep down cost to patients. The staff openly welcome you into a very judgement free, friendly and compassionate environment. If I ever stop at another dispensary, it was because I had to.
