I started seeing Dr. Grossgold in October 2017 and am so glad someone referred me to him. He is extremely knowledgeable in traditional medicine and also well trained in integrative medicine. I have some challenging issues, as many of his patients do, and he has new and helpful approaches. I am so thankful to have found him and feel so much more optimistic that I will get well with his guidance and care. And he does this all with compassion and kindness.

Dr Grossgold is a wonderful doctor, very smart compassionate and with great bedside manner. We traveled all the way from Beverly Hills to see Dr. Grossgold and he was able to help us with stem cell therapy for my brother's shoulder and knee and with amazing results. I was also impressed with the natural weight loss programs and the bio-identical hormones BHRT treatments. We highly recommend him and his clinic.

First let me say Dr. Grossgold and his staff are extremely friendly and have great customer service. That’s what the one star I have to give is for. However, this is the only compliment I have for them. My teenage daughter was having digestive problems to the point that everything she ate hurt her stomach and she had lost 20 pounds in 5 months time. Desperate, I searched the internet for someone who wouldn’t give me the run around and just prescribe pills. I decided on this office because his reviews were all 5 stars and he was holistic along with an internal medicine doctor. I thought great best of both worlds. After my initial conversation with David at their office I was impressed by his kindness and made our appointment. We went in for our one hour appointment and spoke with the Dr and he took a full history of my daughter along with her current symptoms. He had no real advice and didn’t give us any idea of what could be going on and only said what testing needed to be done. Then someone came in and took her blood and explained a stool test to us. So, basically that one hour appointment was just for him to prescribe tests to be done and give no ideas of what could be wrong. Then when we went to pay they told us the blood work to test for food allergies would be $800 and the stool test was $900 on top of the almost $400 it cost for the first visit. This office does not accept insurance and no one came in to let us know what the prices would be. Since they had already taken her blood I figured out a way to pay for the test. But we declined the stool test. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get results. After three weeks I called to check on the results but they said they hadn’t come in yet. After four weeks I called again to still hear no results. Then we received a call that supposedly the lab had messed up the blood work and they had to retake her blood. Now this was a month after our initial visit and my daughter was still in constant pain and losing weight. We went in had the blood taken again and again had to wait 3-4 weeks for results. In this time we took her to another office who did a stool test that only cost $379 and gave us a good idea of what was going on and how to treat her. We started her treatment that the other office suggested and she started feeling better and eating more without pain. Then after five weeks from the second blood draw (over ten weeks from our initial appointment) I called again and finally they had the results (which they never called me to let me know) but only one of the tests had come in. I was hoping for more from this office. Not still waiting for answers 10 weeks later. UPDATE: After my initial review I am giving two more stars. I believe even after the initial lack of communication and issues we had with this office that they have done their best to make things right. I appreciate how they have handled this situation and we did go back for a second visit. We will be following the recommendations of Dr. Grossgold and hope this is the answer we have been looking for to get our daughter healthy.

I have always been able to talk to Dr. Grossgold and get my problems resolved. He literally saved my life. After 7 years since trigeminal neuralgia and the damaging brain surgery, I finally had a sense of what quality of life feels like. It's not that the stabbing, boring face pain went away; it was just much duller. The neck pain, same thing. I had a sense that if I could feel a bit like that once in awhile, life may still be worth living now, even with the handicaps of not being able to eat real food, work, socialize, travel, etc. When my husband looked at me his eyes were teary because he said that he could recognize some of the 'old me' peeking through again. Bless you, Dr. G., for giving me hope and relief and for your caring and willingness to hang in there with me. When I go to your clinic, it's like dealing with trusted family. I would never consider changing doctors.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
