The decor is beautiful and looks to be original, well maintained. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Though I am not disabled, I appreciate that they had lift a chair for those who are. The rooms were a good size, clean and well kept. Really very nicely done! I am very pleasantly impressed with the hospitality and the decor. My only detractor is the size of the TV'S in the actual rooms. For the generation that appreciates the charm of the establishment, but would like the touches of tech. Minor "first world" problem. Overall a great establishment and highly recommended. Bravo!!

We were so happy we stayed here at The Gridley Inn B&B. The owners went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Stephanie's telling of the Inn's history was outstanding, informative and engaging. We have begun planning our next visit to the beautiful B&B. Thank you to Stephanie and Madison. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

A great place to spend few New nights. Madison and Stephani are one of the best hosts I've ever met. I was with my wife for a single night. Our initial impression wasn't that good as our GPS took us from the rear side of the building, but when we were able to get hold of Madison and checked in, things started getting better :) The room, beds and entire area was so nice. They provide complementary drinks (coffee, soda, water, juice) beside free breakfast in the morning. They arrange all the guests sit together and have round table breakfast in the morning, which is awesome. Feels like family. They show a great sense of hospitality. We will definitely go back again to this beautiful place.

Outstanding B&B. Beautiful old house with comfortable rooms. Owners Stephanie and Madison pay attention to details and make you feel welcome. Breakfasts are prepared by chef Madison and are great. We stayed 8 nights and did not have the same breakfast twice. The Gridley Inn is centrally located to the Finger Lakes region. Highly recommend it.

Stephani and Madison were the best hostesses ever! We held a tea party baby shower at the Inn and could not have more pleased. The food, service , and ambience were top notch. We stayed at the Inn for two nights and were extremely pleased with the accommodations and hospitality. Madison prepared delicious breakfasts and tea party fare. And she is quite the pool player, teaching my young niece and nephew a few tricks while we got ready for the baby shower. Stephanie, running the “front of the house”, kept us entertained with her endless knowledge of the area, and made us feel like family with her breakfast and late night discussions. My sisters and I had the best time at the Gridley...it felt like home. We can’t wait to come back!!

About Waterloo (village), New York

Waterloo is a village and primary county seat of Seneca County, New York, United States. The population was 5,171 at the 2010 census and is now the most populated village in Seneca County. The village is named after Waterloo, Belgium, where Napoleon was defeated. It is the primary county seat of Seneca County, with the other being Ovid as part of a two-shire system established in 1822. Most of the county administrative offices are located in the village. Therefore, many political sources only list Waterloo as the county seat. The Village of Waterloo is mostly in the Town of Waterloo, but the part south of the Cayuga-Seneca Canal of the village is in the Town of Fayette and a small area in the southeast of the village is in Town of Seneca Falls. Waterloo is east of Geneva and is located in between the two main Finger Lakes, Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake. Read More

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
