Green Machine was my first dispensary I ever went to. I choose this place because it is a fairly large chain and I wanted the full tour of everything. The check in lady was super friendly (would honestly come back just for her cheer!) I personally didn't have to wait but there was a decent line by the time I left. The person I got was honestly not the most informative, I did hope to get someone who was more out-going, since I wanted to be shown around a bit, but nevertheless he helped me find a few great items. I had to comeback to purchase and ended up with another guy who was much more informative. Ultimately, I made away with a pen, bud, and some chocolate brownie edibles. All were fantastic quality (including the pen). After seeing over a dozen dispensaries now, this is still probably one of my favorites, mostly because of the super-store feel. To some other's point: I do think having a "tour" line and a check-out line would be more efficient. (I know the online reservations are supposed to solve this) I did feel a bit bad taking up this one guy (whom was obviously not patient) for 20-30 minutes for my selection. Then, when I finally got the right finances in order, I still had to wait a bit in line just check out. I can see the frustration from some regular customers waiting in a long line because someone wants to ask a million questions.

Really great service. Meet a nice gal Alexis she really knows her stuff. Get in and out and don’t have to wait for ever. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice friendly people. Good product and prices. BUT online reservation bring the rating back down. The online reservation has gotten better BUT the nectar bee cartridges have gotten worse. I usually buy at least 2 because you always have to bring one back. You need to offer an alternative that doesn't cost twice as much. I have yet to see another dispensary that doesn't sell more than one type of cartridge. I had to fight with TGS to get my birthday points and then the cartridges I buy don't work properly.

Normally very impressed by the customer service and the way your treated at this store but today must of been an off day for some team members. Total $111.51, paid them 100 cash and the rest ($11.51) was going on my debit card. (As you know they have to run it like an ATM when using your card +$3.00 to total) NORMALLY you would get that money back.... My card was ran for $12.00 + $3.00 = $15.00. Never even got asked for my change. Very rude service today... NOT impressed (Unless something has changed with how they do the card transactions)
