Okay so the last time I was in, I believed that a girl named Alex, (she is very pretty, has incredible make up too), assisted me with a flower flight. I believe she was still training at the time. I came in this morning and Alex was there again (I want to say that is her name), and she immediately said, "Hello Kyle," the second I walked in. Not only was it very welcoming but impressive. And it was nice because I'm personally not good with names and nobody really remembers me so. I just want to say hats off to Alex for making my day better than it was by just being welcoming and remembering me. Much love to all of you.

Adam and Eric are two of the budtenders that work here and they always brighten my day! They both are patient and will go through every strain of flower, concentrate, edibles, you name it! As far as the flower and concentrates go, they are very consistent in the high... unlike all the other dispensaries in Fort Collins that I have been too... they keep a reoccurring stock of flower which might be my favorite part. I can not speak for the medical side of things but when it comes to the rec side the attention and care Adam and Eric.. specifically... has made me switch to this dispensary as my "go-to" spot. I have doted on Adam and Eric but I am been very pleased with the entire staff so far. You are getting better quality flower then the price you pay. It shows me as "Guest", I am not trying to review anonymously so please know this is Airy!

This was the most dried out flower I've ever had, it crumbles to the touch. I bought 3 different batches and all of them had less moisture than the Sahara mid day. On top of that it was about 40% stems and while peeling back the package top open it you spill it all over the floor. I would never recommend their flower to anyone. The shop is beautiful and well kept but that seams where all their focus goes, no attempt at a good product.

Well they finally lost me here. I have been shopping here since they very first opened this location. Online ordering has turned into more of a hassle and pain than anything. Between technical issues on the webpage, sitting at the online order pickup counter for 15 min before being served and no longer getting 20% off online orders.. It just doesn't make sense anymore. It is also irritating that they do not stack discounts here. If I buy any specials I have to decide if my military discount or the deal is more worth it. Do you really appreciate my service, or just advertise the military discount because all your competitors do too? Well I have news, your competition stacks their military discount with any other discounts as well so I cannot help but feel more appreciated by them if we are being honest. Then today, you guys lock the door on me at 7:44 (you close at 7:45) as I finally make it after work to get my online order. I'm just not feeling appreciated as a customer at all here like I used to. For old times sake I can't give this place a flat out 1 star, but the bad taste you have left in my mouth lately makes me want to. You are not what you used to be, Green Solution and it is sad really.

Updated review!!! I've been a loyal customer to TGS. Sometimes I go several times a week. This the only dispensary I care to shop at. Lately, I've been ordering via their online option. I've probably placed over a dozen online orders and once in awhile, they don't have the product I reserved, or they miss putting an item in the bag etc but last night I placed my online order. I got a text saying it was ready. I headed out to TGS. I checked in, was told to wait at, "the box" I heard the guy call out over the radio I was waiting for them. Thirty minutes later I'm still waiting. People have checked in, gone and I'm assuming left because by the time I finally got my order (over 30 minutes later) their parking lot was empty! I've never had such a bad experience. The guy who filled my order was in a bad mood, he offered no apology for me waiting so long, he nearly forgot half my order. I just can't believe I was treated this badly by the green solution... Best dispensary ever! Matt is the best bud tender, and excellent customer service!
