They mean well and are personally very nice however, on this particular day, this visit was terrible. We send all our work comp and illness emplyees to this facility but I will likely be sending them to Carespot instead from now on. To sum it up: on this day the facility was unorganized, not on the same page, unprofessional and the patient felt like a simple room number (which was given away when the Pt went to the bathroom) instead of a cared for patient or customer. Patient comfort was never considered so it seemed. I will give this place one more shot. (Usually this place is ok for simple visits in our experience)

I was in a car accident January 2018, and The Doctor center was recommended for treatment. When i started my treatment the staff was very pleasant and did everything to assist me. I was seen by 2 of the best Doctors on the west side Dr Ramon Ruiz, and Dr Christopher Polk. For the last 6 months the doctors and staff has made it possible for me to receive everything that was needed to help me in my recovery. I would recommend this center for treatment because they went over and beyond to make sure that I receive what was needed in my healing process. Thank you Doctor Center!!!

My name is Luis and I was referred to this specific clinic because of Dr. Ruiz, by a family member after I came out of the ER. my first thought doubt about the place. However, after I met the staff, from the front desk, manager nurse and Dr. Ruiz, I then realized that we can't judge a book by its cover. The caring, attention, availability, and many other factors, made realize that they are caring staff for the patients. Everytime I talk to any of my closest family and friends, i talk about them because of my experience. If anyone is thinking whether or not they should go there, believe me you should.

The staff is great with my dad. They know there patients by name and my dad has made friends with the assistants. The doctor makes sure he understands what he needs to. Takes extra time to make sure my dad knows what's going on. I'm very thankful for the westside location. 😊

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
