They are very nice, and patient. I was very impressed with the quality and selection available. Some of their deals can't be beat in Reno, period. Very knowledgeable staff, they were able to point out medicinal properties of strains to help me find something for my needs and budget. Will be returning. =)

This is one of the best dispensary in Reno. I wouldn't go here before cause prices were pretty high in my opinion but I noticed the prices have come down quite a bit and with the daily specials I decided to give it a shot. So far I almost find no reason to go anywhere else. Products are high quality and the staff service is fast & friendly always able to answer any questions I may have about the products. Highly recommend this place for your green supplies in Reno!

I visited The Dispensary for the 1st time today & all I can say is, "WOW!!" My budtender was amazing (Erica) & her knowledge & compassion were outstanding!! She was very informed on all the products & she was able to suggest the most effective medicine for my needs. They have an amazing set-up so departing customers exit out a different door than the entrance. Overall I am impressed w/the service, meds, knowledge of products & the store was immaculate. I WILL be returning.....thanks Erica!!!

Staff was friendly and fast. Was very busy at the time I went, and was out faster than most dispensaries. I placed an online order and was taken care of in less than 5 min. I even changed my order and was still processed right there. As a medical patient I have tried everywhere, and was pleasantly surprised with this dispensary. Prices are very good on concentrates/cartridges, most places charge way too much! Thanks guys!

I specifically shop here because of Jen, she has the best demeanor and always gives the best options available. If you visit The Dispensary, ask for her! :)
