Today I called and I kept getting a message saying I was calling after business hours. I couldn't leave a message either because the voice mail was full. I was already agitated, then I really started getting upset. So I wrote an email under the Contact on their website. Within I would say, 15 to 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Doug. He was fantastic. He kept me calm, which is not an easy thing to do to be honest, and he helped me choose what may be a better fit for me. By the end of the call, I was reassured that what happened today was just me calling them when they are at lunch and them for not having a proper message or, leave one person to at least answer the phones and take messages. Either way, I am happy. Suggestion to the powers that be at THC Physicians......Hire More Veterans like Doug! Thank you for your service, Doug. I am a widowed Air Force wife.

What is a Dispensary?
