Great store. Great product. And even better staff and management. I sent an email with some constructive feedback to the store. Less than 12 hours later I had a personal call the the manager of the Boulder stores who wanted to hear what I had to say. He just listened and appreciated it and took it to heart. You can tell this company puts their heart and soul into the care of their customers. Not only is their product outstanding and well priced, they really do care who you are, what you need, and that you’re having a great experience. Go here. If you don’t, you went to the wrong store.

The man of the hour is Cody Fitz. Boy, does that man know his Mary Jane. I’m not super experienced when it comes to the technical terms, brands and different highs, but I don’t need to be, because I have Fitz. He’s like a wise Sherpa, experienced in the highs, but humble enough to understand that not everyone gets there the same way. God bless.

This was the first dispensary I went to after legalization, and continues to be the one I go to over 90% of the time. The inventory compares to anything else you can find. I haven't found prices better anywhere else. And my experience with the staff has always been fantastic, except for being slightly overcharged a couple times, which they quickly corrected upon my mentioning, and really only happened because they have so many different discounts that you can get multiple discounts for the same transaction. I'd like to be able to compare it to other dispensaries more, but can't because I always go back to Terrapin

Went from being one of the best to one of the worst in a really short time. After the first of the year they jacked up all their prices yet the quality has taken a nosedive. Popcorn buds, awful taste, harsh smoke bad smell. Looks like they've turned over most of their staff and screwed up the bud room with their ill-advised remodel. Whoever is making the decisions there now needs to be let go. Yesterday.

Great selection and friendly, helpful staff. The waiting room is comfortable while the wait itself is usually short. I definitely recommend Terrapin Care Station.
