My first experience with this Pharmacy has not been a good one. I had my pugs eye Rx transfered, it was supposed to be mailed to me. My pugs eye sight is dependent on these drops. I waited 4 or 5 days and still had not received it. I called only to find out that it had been mailed to the wrong address. I truly hope the service will improve in the future.

Taylor you have all of the info you need. The reviews are quite negative regarding the girls you employ. Apparently, I have not been the only one that has had the same experience. Start your clean up in your store and then your phone. Read the reviews. They do not add up to 4.0. They are arrogant. They don't care. They do not help a situation. The girls who work there are snippy, quacky , arrogant, smarty and think who they are. If they do not have an answer, they will continuously hang up on you.They all have attitudes.Their hours and location are not convenient.There are other pharmacies that will treat you much better.The lst med was for my dog and it was a liquid and it was mixed so thick, it wouldn't go through the vial dispenser. They are not worth 1 star. 5 girls standing around doing nothing! Girls, get a real job.

I've waited about two weeks for my refill and didn't get it. So I called and found out that my prescription expired, but nobody was going to call me about that issue. Besides, I receive this medication for years it expired before couple of times and pharmacy contacted my doctor for updates. Another reason they gave me my prescription was transferred to another pharmacy. Which is nonsense. I had to transfer prescriptions before when I traveled. The reason I've contacted this place again is because it's compounding pharmacy and I don't have much choice. I believe that is the reason why they can ignore some customers who need little more attention.
