Quality customer service and a great price for my product! I was so pleased with how helpful everyone was when I was in the store today. They couldn't find my item, but several store associates were eager to help locate it and they were very apologetic about my wait. And thanks to the doorbuster price, I was able to afford a special gift for my daughter.

I ordered in store pickup through the app. It was a quick & easy process. The execution was seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would come to this Target all the time.

Manager on Duty, Joe, is rude, not helpful, and a liar. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will no longer shop at Target ever again. If Joe would of just told me the truth, then I would of accepted the alternative, but instead he chose to lie. When I called him out for it, he just stuttered. I cannot believe Target would employ someone like him on their leadership team to lie to their customers. Honestly is key and I would have accepted getting my return on a gift card if he would of just told me the truth. Additionally, associate Sarah, behind the counter, was talking to her peer while assisting me that, Joe, had told her when she arrived today that she should of called out sick. Then, as I was leaving the store, Sarah screamed across the walkway, "Have a nice evening never coming back again because it would hurt us." I turned around in time just to notice another guest walking in the store doing a fist pump because she said that. Do NOT come to Target on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie.
