I had a great experience today with Surterra delivery. Dale came to deliver and I had so many questions regarding sleep and how the medications work. Dale was very friendly, professional and well informed. I thank him so much for answering all my questions and taking time to make sure I understood. He was willing to explain step by step until he was sure I understood. I will continue to order with Surterra they have the greatest customer service. Thank you Dale!

Destined and Preston were very helpful and patient with me on my first visit. I'm a little older and this whole dispensary thing is new to me. Thanks to them, I was able to find the perfect ratios and formulas for my condition! I will definitely be coming back.

I have been to a couple of Surterra stores since receiving by Flordia MM card. It has always been a positive experience. I returned to the Tampa store with an issue with a cartridge not working properly- no flow. All of my previous cartridges have an work fine. The first young man took care of me right away and replaced the cartridge but I continued to have an issue with no flow. Returning to the store the next day BRIAN, took care of me with both of us scratching our head wondering why I was having an issue, Brian cut right to the issue an comped me a new battery believing this could help. Last night after charging an trying the cartridge with my battery as well as the new battery I finally got it to work. Wow I don’t know what the issue is/was, but I know it’s working now with all of my batteries.Thank you to BRIAN an your staff. All of the Tampa store coordinators were extremely happy pleasant and great to deal with. I will be returning when this cartridge is gone. Thank you again Keith

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
