I am new to the area and a new patient. Stacey made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Medical Cannabis is still new to me and a little intimidating but I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident in the products I chose- she did such a good job explaining everything to me. The environment is extremely home like...they even offer you water and there is enough room for your strollers! Their products are all amazing BUT customer service is SO important...I would choose Surterra over any other local dispensary for the experience alone. Nothing beats a wellness coordinator who is knowledgeable and confident in their products. Thank you Surterra and Stacey!

Great as this was my second visit I must say love the product and the customer service is excellent Sasha very nice and helpful and Mark is great guides you through the whole process and takes time to explain whatever you need to know about the product he is very knowledgeable definitely a pleasant experience highly recommend Surterra to anyone in the MMJ program come check it out you won't be disappointed blessings to all.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club.
