The customer service is first rate. You never have a long wait ( unlike Ft. Myers, where you routinely wait 2+ hours, we have never been in the store, start to finish more than 30 minutes). The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My partner is the patient and he was 420 friendly so he didn't require a lot of information, but i see some folks coming in, mostly older who require a lot of help. The staff is so good with these people, making them feel comfortable and confident in their medical needs. Can't recommend Surterra enough

I just visited Surterra for the first time today. This is my first experience and purchase ever and they were all super helpful and walked me through the process. Andrea was awesome! She helped explain to my husband and I the differences in your products and suggested what would be best for me. I felt she answered all our questions and I left feeling very informed. Drove 1 hour north to find out they were out of many products. Went home...Called to place an order and found out that the day before when I stopped in... Some other person 'shopped' on my prescription/license!!!! Just WOW! So to North I drove...back.... To the dispensary in shock. Ended up purchasing 4 vape cartridges, and to add insult to injury one of the cartridges didn't work...at all.. Nada..zip..zilch. Not driving back. I guess I'll eat $60.00 and chalk it up to 'the game'.... Thanks 4 nothing!

I just started with Surterra and have been to the store in North Port and had a home delivery. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The registration process was easy and fast and shopping was on an individual bases with a staff member. The products were displayed and thoroughly explained. There is a big learning curve when you don't have any experience with this medicine. They make it easy to follow the guidelines set up by your doctor and explained other options. I had a home delivery also. It does cost $10 but it would cost more than that in gas for me. They called the morning of delivery and gave a 3hr window of delivery time and they arrived in the window. My doctor recommended Surterra and so do I.
