Went in and asked about Vapes for smokers trying to quit. Was inquiring about the Juul type pods and salt nic. The kid said there was nothing there I could use and basically got rid of me. I was amazed they turn away business so easily. I will go to Victor Vapes or on line stores from now on. I am a regular shopper there for tobacco and tubes too. Don't waste your time going there.

Just went into the store, asked if I needed help which I replied I was just looking but thank you, I looked as the employees, a young long dark haired young lady and a tall scruffy faced boy. After about 5 minutes of looking I had decided on my purchase, the female was helping a customer but scruffy was free so I asked him which i was told her be right over, then he decides to take the order of the next customer while I wait....ive worked in customer service 10 plus years and that was rediculous. Well you lost a once loyal customer because of horrible customer service. As a business you should handle this because I will not only not recommend this establishment, quite the opposite in fact.

I purchased several vapes from here. Recently, one didn't work right out of the box. They were able to do a return for me, which I was concerned they wouldn't do because they have a zero return policy. Obviously it made sense for them to do it, but they were within their rights to tell me to take a hike.

What is a Dispensary?
