I’ve never been into this store before so I can’t really say anything about it but I ordered online 225w mag kit and I received 225 mag baby kit , I then contacted support customer service and they told me that because I removed the outside plastic I’m not gonna be able to get my money back or get what I actually ordered, I didn’t use the mug and I didn’t even opens the box and now I can’t get my money back and I can’t get what I ordered. If anyone’s going to order anything just watch out because if you receive something else then you ordered don’t open it or you’re not gonna be able to get your money back or what you ordered. I will never buy anything from here ever again that was a mistake that I’m not going to do it again.

They always get my order correct and I typically get it two days after placing my order. I do wish they’d let you know if they are out of stock on your items though. A couple times my order didn’t ship for days and I had to call to find out they were out of stock. Otherwise I’m very happy with their selection and fast service!

Complete ripoff. Ordered $100 worth of juice. Received 2 incorrect bottles and one broken bottle. Customer service advised a return for exchange of the incorrect juice; the broken bottle would be replaced with the exchange or my next order. I opted for the exchange. 1 MONTH LATER I have still not received my replacement items and the “fly-by-night” customer service is holding my items hostage until I place another order. This is absolutely wrong and will be reported to the BBB. Completely disgraceful service if you can even call it service!!! BEWARE, NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OUT OF $45+ ***UPDATE AS OF 9/29*** This is “Customer Services” response to my issue: “Hello, You will not receive any product and/or service from us till the reviews have been removed and our HR department has released the hold on your account. There will be nothing we can do for you from this point forward till you have cooperated and done as we have asked. Thank you” Blackmail, extortion and theft because a company doesn’t feel the need to right their wrongs, disgusting. BUYER BEWARE!!! READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Customer service is just a bunch of lip service... switching to a vape shop that values their customers and the repeat business they bring to the table. Quick ship sometimes ain’t good enough on $65+ orders of eliquid at a time.

Ordered some juice off their website 2 times and have gotten within 3-4 days of ordering it. Did end up having some issues with a bottle that I had purchased and ended up calling in and speaking for a wonderful customer service person that was beyond helpful. My issue was resolved better and faster than what I had expected. I will be recommending them to more of my vaping family and friends.
