We'll thought out and engaging storefront utilizing a boutique format makes you want to return. In-store displays are presented using brand specific videos. Helpful and friendly staff are available to answer your questions. Excellent prices too.

Cool place, visited from NY and had to visit. Didn’t buy anything so can’t comment on product, although they have animal grade product which would be nice for anxiety ridden animals. Make sure you have your id with you, just like any other age restricted place. Staff is very nice but they will not let you in without an id. Parking may be hard depending on time of day

These guys claim they are the biggest dispensary in San Diego. In terms of square footage...maybe. In terms of selection... I don’t think so. They have like 10 displays but each display has exactly the same products. That was weird. However I stayed. And I even listened to their not very friendly budtender (who wasn’t really trying to help) and in the end got the edibles he claimed were good. Well, those edibles were the worst edibles I tried. Waste of time and money. I’d definitely go to a different dispensary. We have much better dispensaries in town with friendly knowledgeable staff, better selection, better quality, and better deals. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great selection and quick and friendly service. The largest dispensary I have ever been in for sure. SDRC is setting the standard for what cannabis should look like. Thank you Rodrigo for your patience and knowledge finding the perfect selection for me. I will definitely be back!

Super chill place. Great for newbies. Staff is friendly and approachable. Always has great deals and excellent variety. Park in the back for easy access. Only place I go in SD for cannabis.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
