Bad follow through. Went in two weeks ago to order product. Went back a week later and they didn't have it. Ok. No big deal. They said a person filling in dropped the ball. Reordered the product. Came back today. Again, no product. Told me they just sold my reserved product to someone else. Communication error. I made a commitment to them to give them my business. They, apparently, don't want to make the same commitment to customers. Just ordered product online. Cheaper, with free shipping due to the volume ordered. I don't believe I'll be back. Online from now on for this particular product.

Great customer service. They have a no return policy tho. After an item I bought from them broke before I even came home, I came in to see what my options where as far as store credit, a replacement, or my money back. The young lady who I believe said she was a manager stated that she would give me a deal on a new item. Even tho I wanted to get a replacement at no cost or paying the difference on a new item I was still happy my experience. I've had worst luck at other tobacco stores but Sarah's seems to have the customer service part down. I will continue to do business with them. Definitely recommend checking them out. They have some really good deals on items and a wide variety of items they carry.

Don't trust the online hours. It's been closed when the sign says open on more than one occasion. Once I drove some ways because it said it was open. There were several others in the parking lot looking confused as well. The other times I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I wanted to confirm my suspicions that it was a regular thing (not open during advertised hours - even on the sign from the door!) Man inside (yes - he was still inside) came to the door when he saw at least 3 people looking in. Then acted very put out, and like he was doing us a huge favor by letting us in during business hours. Not great pipe tobacco selection... but I guess it's a small store in an out of the way strip. Long story short. There are much better places to go.

PLEASE READ. About two weeks ago like March 25 or around there I decided to start Vaping. I went to Sarah's tobacco and I bought a SMOK TFV 12 Prince seen in my photo. Now when I was there I and i am new to vaping and I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy the one I did or the cheaper one and the reason I chose the one I did is because the sweet little girl that sold it to me offered me a $5 off the price. So I bought it thinking I got a deal, Right? WRONG I just realized today that I was not only DISRESPECTED but also was ROBBED by that NOT so sweet Girl that works there. I for the first time since I bought it decided to open up the box it came in because (listen to this) that sweet little that sold it to me took it out of the box and put it on my mod for me and then closed the box and so I never had a reason to look in the box.So when I opened it today I discovered extra parts witch was awesome and then I read the outside of the box only to discover that I am missing one of the three coils that were suppose to be in there. If that is the kind of business they are running here then will not be part of it. The girl knew what she sold me and knew it was missing a coil then in order to sell offered me $5 off. That is not only bad business that is a shady type of character. I took this one personal because it went from thinking this place was good people but now realizing they are SNEAKY snakes in the grass be careful with this place or better don't even go here. Thanks for reading hope it helps someone and prevents this place from continuing to operate with such deceit.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
