I'm leaving a one because I can't leave a zero. These folks act like everyone lives very close to the store and it's not a big deal for anyone to "Just come back tomorrow." Several times now they have told me my order was ready and when I show up, only part of it's actually ready. "Just come back tomorrow for the rest." When I try to explain that we live twenty minutes away, I get a bored "are you done yet?" look. All I'd like is for them to tell me the truth; that it won't all be ready till tomorrow, so I don't waste a trip into town. But apparently if it doesn't inconvenience them, it doesn't matter. I know it won't matter, because there are plenty of other customers, but my family will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Inconsistent with information among employees and some really need to be set straight or talked too. Have been a client for years with Safeway Pharmacy in Yelm and have had a few rude/stuck up experiences but never cared as this is just a place I occasionally had to go to pick up medication. They told us that if anyone is picking up my medications for me, they need my name and my birth date. My husband went to pickup my medication which I could not get because of a busy work schedule and had a bad experience, was made uncomfortable and DENIED. I went in the next day ANGRY because that medication EFFECTS MORE then just me, another life and it was important for me to get and I do NOT need the stress right now. They lady said that never happened and denied anything like that happening yesterday and I told her that would be the last time we would ever use their pharmacy again after that incident and I even said that their information is INCONSISTENT and the employee was RUDE! The lady I spoke too was not the one my husband did. The one that was rude was much larger in size and I'm almost certain shes the one who has been rude to me in the past. Don't expect me back.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
