Horrible customer service! Hateful acting pharmacy staff that doesn't know how to download electronic prescriptions?? It's scary to have that same idiot pulling meds off the shelf. Similar reviews for the past month as well, where is management????

Unfortunately, some of the workers are very abrasive and can be a bit rude, whilenothers are great. The pharmacy has also been out of stock of multiple common medicines. It's a convenient location so I think thats why its used as often as it is.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Every single time I’ve gone to this pharmacy or especially when I call over the phone, the staff is rude and so short. NO customer service skills whatsoever. It’s taken over a month to get my prescription right and every time I call it’s a different answer. No empathy for the customer at all. I will NEVER use this pharmacy for my prescription needs again. EVER.

The staff here are wonderful. They have always helped us with figuring out our insurance rules, and suggesting where to look online for programs and coupons that will go with it.

About Monroe, Washington

Monroe is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located at the confluence of the Skykomish, Snohomish, and Snoqualmie rivers near the Cascade foothills, about 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Seattle. Monroe's population was 19,699 as of the 2020 census. Monroe was originally founded in 1864 as the town of Park Place, located at the river confluence among several existing settlements in the Tualco Valley. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
