Just called and lady was very rude. I had called to check on a prescription and it seemed like she didn't want to do her job and made a sarcastic sigh before looking me up in her system. My prescription had been restocked which I understood why and had a simple question, which was do I have to call my doctor to have it reordered. She decided to talk over me mid question and said that she would have to refill it and it would be a bit. I simply let her know that I would be off in an hour to let her know that she has plenty of time, and I really wasn't expecting it to be done today. She made a sigh again and said that she would TRY to have it done by then. I said okay, thank you, and she hung up on me! Don't go here.

I go to corvallis safeway pharmacy its amazing no problems quick service, lebanon i have never ever ever got anything without a problem or wait, rudest people i have ever met in any customer service, routine things are a problem, just awful

Went to get a prescription filled. Had to call them a couple times just to get them to fill it. Wierd people there.

Safeway Pharmacy in Lebanon is the most thoughtless group of people I've ever seen. They took more than 4 hours to fill a prescription for pain medication after my husband had a surgery. I also had to call them 3 times to get them to fill it , AND I even called the dentist to make sure they sent the prescription! This is not the first time they couldn't perform their job in an efficient timely matter. They happen to do this every time I use them. I have to sit and watch my husband in pain and his chances of infection get more and more likely because they lack compassion and costumer service skills. I will never use them again. They are lucky the manager wasn't in his office today but he will in fact be getting a formal written complaint. I will NEVER put the responsibility of taking care of my family in your hands again due to your neglectful attitude and lack of drive. Shame on YOU!!!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
