I have been seeing Dr. Josh for somewhere around 2 years now. I came to him mainly for my migraine concern. He listened to what I was feeling and adjusted me accordingly. I haven’t had a severe migraine since going regularly. I recently came to him with pain due to stenosis in my lower back he again listened to what I was feeling and adjusted me accordingly and I truly appreciate finally finding some relief for these 2 symptoms after seeing specialists that were never able to offer something to feel better. This office is very welcoming and the doctor adjusts my whole family. Not to mention he worked on me throughout my whole last pregnancy.

I had a comp coming up in 2 weeks. Josh was able to get my back corrected form so I could compete in peak form on game day.

Dr. Welch is the best! After years of living with chronic neck and shoulder pain from old sports injuries, and visiting countless doctors and physical therapists, I’m amazed at how much better he made me feel after only a few weeks. I’m in less pain and am able to do more of the things I love (like Yoga, which was a challenge before.) I really appreciate his whole lifestyle approach, incorporating deep tissue work to break down old scar tissue before doing an adjustment, and providing simple exercises I can do on my own. The whole staff at Safe Haven is friendly and knowledgeable, and booking and confirming appointments is a breeze (which is so important with my busy schedule). Trust me, he will make you feel better.

Dr Josh is the best chiropractor I've been to. Gentle and healing experience like no one else. Walk in office hours make it easy for me to get taken care of when I need it. His special areas of chiropractic expertise are unique and he is always learning more to improve his care to his current and future patients.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
