Amazing customer service! They are honest, fair, and genuinely concerned about building a customer relationship. We searched for six months for just the right vehicle and just the right dealership. Many dealerships had nice cars but their service was awful. It is such peace-of-mind, to leave a dealership in your new vehicle knowing you got a good car for a fair price. Thank you all!

My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle from Sabattus Auto and were blown away with how awesome all of the staff treated us. They set us up for a test drive very quickly, made the paperwork end easy and understandable. Most of all; we ran into payment problems using a debit card for the down payment, we needed to leave and get cash which by then was after hours. They were more than understanding and finished up with us after they're closing time, allowing us to get the vehicle still that day. We were so happy and thankful for thier hard work. You guys are the best, and thank you Laura. We will be reffering you whenever we can. -Chris and Brenna

I bought a great vehicle at a great price. I was impressed by how easy the process was, it was seriously the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Laura was friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Sabattus Auto to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!

Very disappointed. I had a great first experience with this company, but now I’m wondering if that was just a random situation. About 4-5 months after purchasing a Ford Explorer from them, we found out we were expecting another child. We needed a bit more room in the backseat to accomodate the car seats (but other than that we were still happy with the Explorer) so went to them asking if they would take back the vehicle if we could find another that would work and trade it out. We did find a vehicle just a bit bigger and when it came down to pricing they would not work with us at all to help us get the vehicle. It was a matter of 20-25 a month to keep it within budget. I noticed the last time they would not negotiate even a little on prices, and it really hurt my feelings to go out of my way to give them good reviews, tell my friends and family all about them only to be treated like there was nothing they could do to help us with the minor monthly price difference . It honestly felt like a slap in the face. I even emailed them twice afterward explaining my frustration and neither the company or the person who had helped me even bothered to email me back. Again, slap in the face. It really doesn’t seem like they stick by their advertisement that they want to “earn your business” When I find a good company and good people to work with, I make it a point to spread the word. I will send anyone I can their way. It’s really too bad they didn’t seem to care much about our business. (and not to mention, after only 4-5 months of owning the vehicle I was only going to get back $8500 when I paid closer to 12,000) A vehicle that was not driven much at all and I was planning on trading for another vehicle from them not somewhere else.) Just so very disappointing.

Bought a 2015 Silverado from them a few weeks ago & they were excellent to do business with, we found them to be polite, professional . We dealt with DJ and found him to be honest and fair (trade in) His office girl was fast and competent, Would definitely do business with them again!!!
