I've had good experiences here except for the guy that looks like tool time Al who really seems to hate being there, but since you don't get to decide who helps you I just have to give the whole store one star. Ponder on 23rd and Union has competitive prices and West Seattle Marijuana Store down east of White Center has better prices and staff.

I love this store. The staff is almost always really friendly. One of the staff always checks on me when I come in because when I met them I had a nasty injury that was healing. They always remember and ask how its healing up. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and if they dont know something they will admit to it and not blow air up your skirt. They have good sales and deals frequently. I can find just about everything I want here. There are a few brands I cant get like Fireline or Gabriel but for the most part they've got what I want.

The person that helped me his name was Reese he got a bad attitude and was rude this was the second time I've had a problem with him the previous time I came in I told him the product he had was a little beyond my price range so he told me to meet him in the parking lot and I went to the parking lot and picked up a bag from him and took it home and weighed it. It was 3 grams under a half ounce which is what I paid for not sure how they expect to to stay in business long with this kind of customer service and outright theft from customers I thought Reese selling in the parking lot was Shady enough

I do not recommend this location or the shop across the street. You're better off going to another neighborhood in hopes of good customer service and selection.

Nice little place in Seattle. Dude that helped me was informative and gave good recommendation. I ended up with some good bud. The prices are decent. They have some fire but its a bit costly. The bud they had deals on looked crappy!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
