Dr. Rubin spends time getting to know you, learning about your lifestyle, and what your goals are for working with him. I especially like that he has worked with Olympic athletes on peak performance. The treatments are gentle yet effective, I got immediate relief from the pain in my back plus my muscles relaxed so tightness and stiffness was gone. Dr. Rubin then takes the time to map out a detailed program of stretching, nutrition, proper posture (sitting & standing), exercises, lifestyle changes which are specifically tailored to you. I like this approach because I like to ask lots of questions about any injury and specifically what can I do once I leave to speed up the healing process. Dr. Rubin and the entire staff are totally client focused. They truly want you to be healthy and happy. Great place with great people. Highly recommended!

I have to praise this center. the people I have encountered there in the last several weeks, are very kind and very patient (especially great when one has very severe anxiety) - they take their time and are understanding of you, your concerns and your health. this place exceeded my expectations. I also love that they don't want to just pop you and send you on your way, that they genuinely want you to feel better and be healthier. Also, they are so good with children being in the office, which is very important to me as a mom. Highly recommend this center.

It has been a few years since I was in to see Dr. Rubin. Dr. Rubin's approach to my treatment is to have me rely on his chiropractic services. He's one of 2 chiropractors in town that I had been for the same pain. I cannot recommend either one. Both had made me question chiropractor services. What I have IS sciatica. From what I learned since then about sciatica, I realized that Dr. Rubin didn't provide a holistic treatment approach to it. There are various things that people with sciatica should do on their own to prevent the piercing pain from the pinching of the nerves from coming back. Having my back popped, and laying on the table so a machine can stretch and loosen the muscle, are quick fixes for the piercing. But a massage by a proper massage therapist would achieve the same result, and less costly.

Such An amazing office staff and Chiropractors! Every visit is always a pleasure, I recommend everyone to come in and see a Chiropractor at RHC!

Both of the chiropractors here have helped me tremendously over the years. They are both warm and funny and listen to your health issues. And I always walk out of there feeling much better than I did when I walked in! I will continue my ongoing back care at this facility.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
