I have only had bad experiences at this Rite Aid. This is the 4th time I have gone in and they haven't had my prescription ready on time. I always call 1-2 days before I need my prescription refilled and they wait until when I come in to tell me they don't have my prescription. Then they send me to another Rite Aid that is 20 minutes away to get my prescription. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They could at least call a head of time to let me know, so I don't have to drive to that location in the first place. The employees in the pharmacy are rude. One pharmacist even yelled over at me BLAMING me for why they hadn't filled my prescription correctly. I am done with Rite Aid. I will not be returning and I am changing my prescription to a more professional pharmacy.

I am never returning to this Rite Aid. The pharmacist are rude. I have never seen them smile. The only nice lady I have ever encountered working there was crying after another older woman pharmacist yelled at her for grabbing the wrong bag. (I had been sitting there for 40 minutes because they still hadn't filled my prescription EVEN THO I called it in the day before. Thats why I saw all of this take place) I haven't seen her working there since and I hope she found a better job at a better pharmacy. My prescription is never ready when they say it will be, and they are always rude when I walk back up to the counter to see what's taking it so long. I am so fed up with this place. I am switching to Walgreens.

Called in a prescription at 5 and was told it would be ready in 2 to 2.5 hours...got to the pharmacy at 7:30 and the prescription still was not filled while we waited for another 45 minutes for an urgent prescription

Horrible for a rite-aid. Make the extra 5 minutes drive to the Massillon perry location. Extremely slow rude grumpy staff 40-an hour wait to fill a prescription every time are you kidding me? Corporate needs to step in!

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
