Update: I have changed my rating. There is a specific product that works for me. I asked for it. I was told by a female employee "MAYBE" they'll get it back in but she doesn't know when or "IF" they will. You may not know when the next shipment will come, but you should absolutely know if you are going to continue to carry an item. The product is still being produced, and it is sold at other dispensaries, so I have no idea why Rise wouldn't carry it. I was also told by this employee that I can just get the higher THC/lower CBD version that the grower makes because it's "basically the same thing". No, it's absolutely not the same thing. Wow, and to think I can't even get an interview for a job here but they hire this girl. I emailed customer service and told them I'd like to discuss a dissatisfaction, and they never responded. Original review: Very knowledgeable and personable staff who seem to want to be sure you are 100% taken care of before you leave. Much better prices (and better staff) than other places in a close vicinity. The parking is kind of a nightmare for someone with an SUV though.

Great first time experience. Nice lobby while you wait there is candy and water and scratch snd sniff books and to keep you busy. The pharmacist helps direct you in the right direction. It is time consuming. But well worth it. My personal shopper was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are a little expensive but products good. Selections limited due to time of month you go there. Glad to have a place like this.

I have been to other companies and Rise is by far the best. Not only for my budget BUT the atmosphere. Everyone is always smiling and well educated. Staff will sit and discuss options for medical issues, not once have I witnessed staff showing frustration to customers about getting so many questions. Relaxing store and several books in waiting area for self education. The only store I go to anymore. Clean & cameras for safety!!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
