This used to be our go to breakfast destination and would always bring our out of town guests to show off the local fare, but the menu and overall experience there has really gone down hill. No longer having weekly donut and biscuit special flavors, almost always out of something and extremely limited menu compared to the glory days. Super disappointing and hope they turn things around. Its not awful now by any means but is a shell of its former exciting line out the door come from near and far self. Not sure if it’s the franchising model that’s caused them to over simplify?

Only ordered 2 donuts. Wasn’t very busy and after waiting for 20 minutes I had to ask about them, as the person at the front was crying when I ordered and didn’t even get me my food. I had to talk to a cook and ask to get my donuts which she just grabbed and immediately handed me. Not sure what was so hard about doing that in the first place and made me wait for 20 minutes. One of the donuts was cold and hardened. Customer service needs much improvement.

*A revisited review: perhaps I visited on a tough day the first time but since then I have ordered a breakfast sandwich 3 times before I've left for work and I pick it up 10/15 later. Each visit has been perfect. The staff has been incredible and the food outstanding. Thank you Rise for always being awesome and I'm sorry for my poor initial review. The food was good but waiting 20+ minutes for a breakfast sandwich seems a bit much to ask from the customer.

Good food, tasty. Unfortunately they took away some flavorful biscuit options such as grilled peppers and onions. Expensive biscuit and coffee.

The short girl who works there I believe her name is Livi was extremely friendly, professional, and had an outstanding smile as well. 10/10 customer service! Will be back without a doubt!
