This place has good products. Their own brand flower rhythm is super good and better than most places. They always have a huge menu with competitive prices. Lately I just feel like they've gone down hill. Their menu is smaller and their prices are rising which I understand. The only issue I have is them telling me the other day you can't use your financial aid with certain products or the sales they send you through texts. They always let patients use it on any sales or products before so I don't really understand what changed now. It's disappointing. It feels like they care more about making money then helping patients. I know I drive to different dispensaries on a weekly basis to get deals and save money so i probably won't be back due to this. Idk maybe this is going to be the new thing, trying to not help patients with financial aid gets deals to save themselves money. I understand it from a business perspective but for patients it sucks. Luckily only one other spot has told me they won't take financial aid with deals so the majority still will.

What a cool place! The location is very welcoming and I love the aesthetic. The budtenders are knowlegeable and friendly, and I LOVE the packaging. I had no trouble finding it and there's ample parking. All in all a great experience, easy and fun. I will go back whenever I am on that side of the river.

Amazing! The place was nice and comfortable. I sat in a chair across from Nathaniel who did an excellent job! The French King flower is now one of my favorites! I also received a 50$ off when I spend $100! Can't wait to go back!

One of the only dispensaries in MA talking about equity and social justice in regards to the new cannabis industry in the state, Rise is doing good work and producing and selling great medicine. They're very patient-centered and it shows – their employees are welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. I hope that does not change if and when they add recreational sales, as it has at other places offering both rec and med.

Top notch. From the staff to the products to the small conversations. Between me and the budtender. Highly recommend this establishment

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
