I love going to Restore! I'm there 4-5 days per week doing Cryotherapy, Infra-Red sauna, compression leg therapy and drips. This has been HUGE in my recovery from my workouts. The staff is awesome too! Super friendly and helpful. They have great monthly packages too.

Restore is probably the best place in Austin for cryo, hbot and other therapeutic services. The staff is really very caring, willing to educate and help. They even chit chat with you during the chill sessions. Its no wonder that this business always have people using their services. I chose restore over other cryo services closer to home because they made me feel welcome!

This was my first time to do cryotherapy and it was amazing. I also had a vitamin drip and the young lady, Lauren, did a fantastic job. The front lobby was nice and clean and in the back there were very comfortable chairs, a sofa and music. I would suggest anyone that has ever thought about going to Restore, please give this location the opportunity to take very good care of you. Their staff was great. You won't regret it.

Just had my first cryotherapy experience here recently. Was surprised at how instantly I experienced the benefits. Pain in my shoulder was noticeably less and I felt an allover sense of calmness after warming up. Very COOL!! *pun intended Also, staff is very friendly!

After running track and cross country competitively for 8 years and taking countless ice baths, I have to say cryotherapy is the way to go for getting back on your feet in no time. Ill take 3 minutes talking with the great staff over 10 minutes of cold silence any day. Over all great experience made possible by even better staff!
