Very friendly overall. I was most impressed by Natalie. I went here because they are a Maui Jim retailer and I needed a new prescription for glasses to replace my current non-prescription lenses for a Maui Jim sunglasses that I already have. Natalie broke down the pricing for my insurance and was very patient when describing the types of lenses, cost/benefits. Since I'm going on vacation end of next week, I asked her if she can put a rush on it, and although there is no actual "rush" order, she did everything she could to try to put a rush on it (placing it in a red bin for quicker call time, and notating on the order when sending to Maui Jim lab). I have no complaints about any other aspects (optometrist, receptionist, etc) as they were all very friendly. I did have to wait in the exam room for about 15 minutes, waiting for the optometrist who apologized for her being behind. I'm glad to hear she acknowledged her tardiness, and that's really okay with me. It's those who don't apologize and expect patients to wait are the ones who gets upset. The office itself was very clean and organized, plenty of parking space. They even have toys for toddlers in the waiting area if you have to go in with little ones. I would definitely recommend!
We have been going here for a couple of years and we have always been treated kindly, received excellent professional care, and the man that helps my son pick out his glasses always goes out of his way to be helpful. I am happy we found this optometry group!
Very good eye Dr.
Dr. Matejka is the best doctor there is. She is very professional and caring. My entire family goes to see her every year or when we have a concern. She always welcomes us and sincerely takes care of us. We have been going to Redlands Optometry for a long time and would recommend everyone to go see her and her fabulous staff.
Doctors are nice but the front desk girls are rude. They act like they don't care about you and give you attitude. If they change them well a skinny girl with brown hair and looks to be white. She was rude and spoke to me if I was stupid like I did not know what I was talking about.

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.
In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
