Very friendly and knowledge about the products. I've been several times and never disappoints. Not only does she offer various dried herbs to use for teas or other uses, she provides tintures which all product are organics. I found this location last year when I was searching for elderberries to make a syrup. I always recommend to family and friends. The owner is very down to earth and always available to answer your questions.
Very nice workers and good help
The diversity and wide ranging selection of herbs was impressive, and the owner of the shop - Chris - was super knowledgeable and helpful. Awe-some selection of herbs! Awe-some staff! Awe-some good vibes! I must say (during a needless-to-say moment) if you're in the market for herbs this is the place to be! Make sure you setup a consultation with Chris...or any one of their herbalist...thank me later ;)
I did not have good experience here. The woman behind the counter spoke to the two customers before me in such a condescending manner, my experience was ruined before I got to the counter. She gave me most of the herbs I asked for, was not helpful or friendly and her energy was off so I did not want her to blend my herbs. Sooooo I purchased them separately to make sure that they were used with good intentions. This place is NOT on my list to visit again.
After visiting this location twice and bringing a friend with me on the second occasion, I've decided I will no longer continue to shop here because they just aren't friendly. On my second visit I met the owner whom I was pretty ecstatic to meet because Radicle is an amazing concept. I really love the concept. I love the idea and love the fact that it's in Brooklyn. Everything about the shop itself and its inventory is amazing. But each time I've visited Radicle I've never felt welcomed even though I'm a member of their loyalty program. Each time, the staff seemed a little stand off- ish. I'm not quiet sure why, but I'm not spending my dollar where I don't feel welcome. Furthermore, on my last visit to the store, I did arrive 10 min before closing, but I had a set idea of the items I needed except I forgot one thing. As I was asking questions about the items I needed, the owner found it necessary to tell us they were closing at 7 despite me obviously rushing and going down my list of items. All interactions have a vibration... Radicle needs to step up their customer service game a bit and be more friendly and welcoming to all of its customers. Disappointing, but hey, everything that's sold in the store can be purchased online. What's even more frustrating is I specifically went for some gotu kola and left without it because I felt rushed. I even said I needed some to the owner while I was there. I wanted it for immediate use but now I'll just order it from an online vendor because of this last experience.
Brooklyn is a borough of New York City located at the westernmost end of Long Island in the State of New York. Formerly an independent city, the borough is coextensive with Kings County, one of twelve original counties established under English rule in 1683 in the then Province of New York. As of the 2020 United States census, the population stood at 2,736,074, making it the most populous of the five boroughs of New York City, and the most populous county in the state. Brooklyn, at 37,339.9 inhabitants per square mile (14,417.0/km2), is the second most densely populated county in the U.S. after Manhattan (New York County), as of 2022. Had Brooklyn remained an independent city, it would now be the fourth most populous American city after the rest of New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Named after the Dutch town of Breukelen in the Netherlands, Brooklyn shares a land border with the borough and county of Queens. It has several bridge and tunnel connections to the borough of Manhattan, ... Read More
A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.
In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
