I had a pleasant experience with this store in Stamford. First I bought a manual wheelchair, which I returned with no questions asked. Then I rented a power wheelchair and power scooter. Finally I made a decision and purchased a new power scooter. All were delivered and picked up by knowledgeable personnel. If you live in the area, I recommend RA Caldwell.

Outstanding customer service! Steve went out of his way to accommodate an urgent request. When we realized another family member had taken care of it he put the pieces together and called back to confirm it was the same request.
