I've had top quality care at this clinic now for several visits. The staff is friendly, and I was impressed with the care I received. The expert knowledge level of the nurse practitioners and doctors is fantastic. They also made sure I knew that if I didn't start to feel better, I could call them for further care instructions. Always impressed with the entire (professional) experience. Was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend! A++

As someone who has been involved in health care for over 13 years, I have to say this practice is one of the most professional and thorough that I have seen, or been a part of, in a long time. Dr. Vafidis and his staff are always professional and always seek to provide the most complete and medically relevant care to all. In addition top notch health care for patients, the doctor and his entire staff take great pleasure in the hands on education and mentoring of the next generation of medical providers, by accepting and teaching students from multiple universities. Do not believe the negative reviews!

Have been coming here for years. This facility as well as the providers have always proven to be dependable and very reliant. I have been to many other urgent cares in the past and from experience and personal opinion, I would recommend this urgent care as the "go-to."

I really want to take a moment and say how wonderful this place has been to me especially pertaining to my care and health. I was scrolling through some of the reviews and no one can complain about the quality of care to be honest. They are diligent, hard working, and I would rather my doctor run more tests to discover an ailment than not. I am so passionate about this because it was through thorough testing that they found a lesion and some abnormal markers. For this place I will forever be grateful. Yes, they do take a CC so hasn't any properly functioning urgent care I've ever stepped into. They don't harass you, they even work with you if you cannot afford care and don't have insurance. The best place honestly.

Dr Constantine was very nice and pleasant but the girls at the desk were rude and acted as though I was an inconvenience disturbing them when I went in to see the Dr. I've paid my bill by checks and am still waiting for them to be deposited. I called and was told very rudely that the Dr who takes care of the deposits is on vacation in Greece and won't be back until sometime after the first week of August and that I'm going to have to wait for them to be cashed by them. I find the office staff ( front desk girls ) are rude, arrogant and down right snotty. I will definitely think twice about going there again. And I liked the Dr to... he has a great personality and listened to my issue that brought me there... new front desk ppl ( the girls ) wirh a more pleasant and friendly attitudes) would be a very wise and smart idea...
