Well this was my first experience at any dispensary and let me say is was the most pleasant experience ever. I was a little timid at first with the whole security process but it was a breeze. Everyone was so happy and pleasant to deal with. They walked me through all there products they offer and how to utilize each one. No pressure to buy , this was AWESOME.... ONE HAPPY CAMPER

A very Secure Dispensary starting at the Front Door. They have the highest rated Dispensary in Syracuse area with better prices that the two others. One had recall on last year on there CBD Oil due to Mold or Bacteria , don’t remember what was the exact issue. PharmaCannis is Top rated in the area and prices are high but good quality products. Extremely nice people and very clean environment. Just wish prices were like Colorado or California. I’d go here first in Liverpool than in Syracuse and a great Safe Parking lot.

Incredibly hard to find, in a sort of strip mall, this place is very upscale and professional on the inside. There is a very sleek reception area, and then beyond that, a waiting area with books about medical marijuana and other reading materials. On the wall is a large flat screen showing fish swimming in lethargic circles. All dispensing and discussion happens in private rooms, behind closed doors. Since I am only transportation, I have not been beyond the waiting room, but I want to emphasize that the whole atmosphere is clean and bright and professional.

Great service and friendly staff. My only concern is price but even that is still cheaper here than other dispensaries for what you get. Though I liked the old vapes better than these new ones they burn away too fast.
