I'm a big fan of Pharmaca but this is my least favorite store. I exchanged something once in this store and the woman who works there (I think she is a manager, a Asian lady) met me with a cold and distrustful response. The item was unopened but I could not find my receipt. She proceeded to give me a credit with 20% deducted. It was weird. So I don't go into this location that much because I would prefer to avoid her. I also encountered another person in this location who asked me to "prove" I had a practitioner discount. Often I think if the person at the top is a distrustful so will be the staff hence his behavior was in keeping. But, on a better note, I've experienced other staff in the store who are much warmer and kinder. Even with her I still love Pharmaca but I think she needs some cheerfulness training!!!

This is one of the best pharmacies I have used through the years. They are all eager to help in any way possible. They follow through and quickly fill each prescription carefully. A pharmacist is always available to discuss medication with me. They text me when my prescriptions are ready. They get a 10 from my experience with them.

Best pharmacy I've ever been to in ANY state (no not state of mind)!! They've always gone above and beyond by calling and faxing Dr.s when a refill or prescription is necessary. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgable, at times I feel like I am talking to my Dr.

Horrible service. Needing a specific product with extreme urgency. They treated me with utmost condescension and lack of professionalism. I thought I was talking to a low level employee and ended up being the manager. A truly incompetent individual. Really upset I decided to call them in the first place.
