Kenna was really helpful! She helped me pick a safe carrier for my guinea pig. She was very helpful when I asked about the litter genie, she explained how it worked and the pros of buying one! I now have two. She is very helpful and sweet!

I always come here for my dog and cat needs...went in a couple weeks ago and one of the ladies was super helpful with finding me a coupon and letting me know you can price match and use coupons and redeem points on same product! My dog Izzy had her spa day today with Amanda who is awesome. She looks amazing, so fluffy!

They're pretty much all the same shopping wise. The staff was really helpful and kind. My pup decided to use the floor as a bathroom I think because it was the polar vortex outside and he just couldn't stay outside long enough to go. I was a little embarrassed but the employee was super cool about it and showed me where the clean up station was. 10/10 would come back during warmer weather and bring dog who has done his business outside first this time. I always am very satisfied with their pets hotel. There is one lady there,I’m not sure of her name, but she has been there a long time cause I’ve seen her throughout the years we’ve used the pets hotel. It tells me a lot when there’s not much turn over. Every time she see’s us she knows our dogs name and his wants and needs. He never loses any weight during his stay and when he comes home he acts like nothing ever happened. I appreciate them being so professional and loving with the dogs and will return.
