I've had an amazing experience at Performance Spine since day one! The front desk staff; Andrea, Gianna, Casey, and Brittany, are friendly and helpful. They work hard to schedule my appointments around my crazy life and make changes with a smile. Dr. Guy really listened to my symptoms, ordered testing, and made and adjusted my course of treatment as needed without hesitation. Sondra always has a smile on her face and made my visits enjoyable. My treatment included visiting with the Chiropractor, Ashley, who made the process of healing relaxing. I also had the opportunity to work with PT Gary who monitored my program and ensured that each stretch helped vs hurt. The aides working in the PT/Chiropractic area; Carol, Mark, and Bryan made giving up my lunch each day enjoyable. They were fun and energetic and always willing to help. I'm beyond pleased with my experience and thrilled at the progress I have made. The entire staff has helped me get back on track for the active life I enjoy living! Thank you!! Sandy

I have depended on PSSM for 10 years. This excellent staff of professionals always has the right solution. Dr. Guy takes time to explain everything thoroughly. The rehab therapists, Gary and Katrina, pay close attention to exercise details. They are ably assisted by Mark, Brian and Carol. The friendly faces of Andrea and Casey greet you warmly at the front desk and do their best to help with scheduling appointments. This is the most reliable medical facility I have ever attended.

I have been a going to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine for over a year and I would not go anywhere else! I have been to other physical therapist as well as orthopedists and none compare to the staff here. Nicole is my main Physical Therapist, but I have also worked with Gary and Katrina. Each are knowledgeable and caring. They take their time with you and really listen to you. When they ask how you are feeling, they mean it. Their aides are fantastic! Carol, Mark, and Brian are there to help get everything set up and give you any assistance that you may need. They also treat you with care and a smile, always willing to get you whatever you need. Ashley is the Chiropractor and she is great! She is gentle yet knows exactly where to push and pull to get things in perfect alignment. I am always so relaxed after an adjustment. The reception staff (Andrea, Gianna, Casey, and Brittany) greets you with a smile when they check you in. They work with you and your day when scheduling appointments and are always pleasant! I usually deal with Gianna and Andrea. They are very professional and make sure to greet me on the way in and out. Their customer service is tops! I look forward to each visit. Dr. Guy and Sondra take very good care of me. Sondra sets me up when I get to the office. She is kind, gentle, and thorough. She never has a harsh word whether taking my blood pressure or making sure I have approval for a procedure. Dr. Guy has helped me immensely. I have decreased my opioid intake and still decreased pain through his guidance. I have also had alternate therapy such as acupuncture and others. I have been able to avoid surgery, where as other physicians have guided me towards going under the knife. I am beyond happy with the results! I have improved a great deal since coming to Performance Spine and I see nothing but more healing to come. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the facility and staff.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
