I called on Saturday and was told by the woman who answered that this dispensary opened at 10am. The internet seemed to back that up until the next morning. I waited outside for an HOUR only to get inside and look at products, get what I wanted, and pay. Girl at the counter told me my total was $28.xx and ran my card for $33. Of course the $5 doesn't matter that much, but clearly tenders aren't well versed in clear customer communication with patients. Not to mention that the product I bought was far overpriced for the quality. I waited an extra week to go to this dispensary in particular, but I won't go back for fear of not meeting my medical needs in a timely manner and without issue.

These guys are great! I usually only get tinctures and RSO they are usually always in stock with strain specific products, best part is... there not weed snobs, and they have a super friendly staff thanks PvP for providing services and actually listening to patients

Sadly this was my first dispensary experience and I absolutely loved them at first. Past year product has been staggering and prices not as good as before unless you catch their specials and even then I still don't see much of a difference compared to others in town. One thing I'm very upset about I bought a cartridge it had a huge air pocket which I should have gone right back to had it replaced. But I didn't open it till I got home and mind you I live in Santa Teresa a good 45 min drive. I needed to smoke I smoke very seldom and my cartridges normally last three to four days. Less then 24 hours the stuff was gone. Just gone like I had been smoking it nonstop. I didn't. I called early the next day and they offered to look at it .I drove another 45 min for him to say they all have air pockets and there is nothing wrong with their product. And offer me 20%discount which would offer me 4$ off another defective cartridge. No thanks. I'm very disappointed very sad. I wasted my time and money going here. Never again. With Purlife and Sacred Garden close by I never have to shop here again. Thanks for the nice first time experience..just wish you guys had kept the momento up. I will never recommend anyone to you ever again. Goodbye friends.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
