I went to Peak after double hip surgery. The therapist was a bit to rough with me right out of surgery, and my incision start oozing, and eventually split wide open.. It was uncertain at the time if the colloidal silver they gave me at the time would do the trick, or if I needed surgery again to close the wound. I called and told them, but they never followed up with me to see what ever happened or how I was doing. In addition, my last visit I forgot my Visa and it was the beginning of a new calendar year, so they told me it would be $70 out of pocket and to come back and pay it since they don't bill. I never did go back (because of my split open incision, I had other things to deal with at the time), and they did end up billing me, but some how magically it was only $10.50!! Wondering what they would've done had I OVERPAID the $70 they told me I owed! If they try to collect from you at the time of service, do yourself a favor and CALL YOUR INSURANCE yourself to make sure they aren't overcharging you! Glad I never went back to pay them now!

I worked with Michelle Lapin at the Highlands Ranch location for a knee/IT band issue and she was wonderful. I have had a lot of physical therapy in my lifetime but can easily say that this was the best experience I have ever had. Michelle was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful during my sessions and was by my side for the full session each time.

I've had multiple orthopedic visits, X-rays, MRI's, and a steroid back injection (which didn't work) for leg and knee pain. I finally found relief at Peak PT - Highlands Ranch. With my commitment of seeing Dr. Lyle McKissick and exercising daily, I feel great and my knee is without pain. His expertise, technique, and guidance are, without question, AMAZING! Dry needling also helped me tremendously. The staff is warm, welcoming, and efficient. Their focus is on you and therapy is individualized. I will most definitely recommend Peak PT - Highlands Ranch to others, as my surgeon recommended them to me. I won't go anywhere else!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
