These guys are great. I come in for the usual maintenance and they don't try to push and sell the extra services. They have snacks and such available in the waiting area. Great place to take a nap after work while you wait too, the chairs are TOO comfy. My only complaint is they didn't wash my car last time I went because "it was raining", but I would definitely go again no questions asked!

Bought my first vehicle with Paul Masse of East Providence about 3 years ago and it was a great experience but about 3 weeks ago I traded in that vehicle for a new one and it has been One of the worst experiences I could have ever imagined. It seems as once I signed for the car everyone fully forgets about you and could care less. As i was picking up the car the day of a service person hit my passenger side door against the garage door in which i had to wait to be contacted to bring it back to get it taken to a body shop. Also an inspection was not done on the vehicle as well as an oil change and the interior of the car was not cleaned or vacuumed. .I had to continue to call every other day to get an appointment made to bring it back while waiting for a rental car. Finally last week they set it up for me to have taken back to have the work done as well as the inspection. Its now been over a week and I have called and emailed them for the status of my vehicle and have heard nothing back. They have been paying for my rental car but at this point I would just like my own vehicle that i purchased back. They need to work on their communication and their service department. Not happy with my experience

Extremely happy with my Corvette Convertible..As a fellow car dealer ( Nissan) , I was looking for a specific Corvette as a personal “ toy” that was in stock at Masse, and the staff over the phone quoted me a good price and deal was done ..They helped me ship the vehicle to Florida and the transaction was perfect ..Car arrived better than the pictures on line...highly recommend this dealership ..RS

Our experiece was very pleasant. The salesman was very knowlegable, respectful and patient. He gave us sufficient time to make a decision without pushing the sale.
