Review by Carol Sussman Becker

For the past two months, since my husband's death, I have received numerous floral arrangements. Yesterday I received a beautiful arrangement from Panage Florist. The problem is that the major blooms of the arrangement were damaged. Of all the arrangements I have received, this is the first one that arrived looking damaged. I emailed the florist to inform them of the condition of the arrangement upon arrival. It has been over 24 hours and I have not heard back. Do not order from this florist. They do not care about customer service. They do not care about good service. They do not care. (Read other reviews that have been posted on Yelp. This is not a florist that should still be in business).

Most outstanding floral shop in orange county. Family ran business for over 30 years. The owner Fred is one of the kindest men you'll ever meet. I am and will forever be a Loyal Customer to "Panage Flowers." Couldn't be happier with this business...

Very disappointing... Never had a florist deliver an oasis floral arrangement literally onto the hands of a receipiant without a base container or tray... The floral birthday cake was dripping water all over. The arrangement itself was poorly made with the flowers on the lower half of the "cake" crushed and sparse. The delivery guy also released the 2 extra balloon order with card to the sky before handing them over to the receipiant. When the customer asked who the flowers were from, the delivery guy pointed up to the sky and said, "I don't know, the card was attached to the balloons". Wow, way to extend a Happy Birthday to a customer for me...

The flowers did not last a day. Not good for the expense.

About San Juan Capistrano, California

San Juan Capistrano (also known colloquially as San Juan or SJC) is a city in southern Orange County, California, United States. The population was 35,253 at the 2020 Census. Named for Saint John of Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano was founded by the Spanish in 1776, when Father Junípero Serra established Mission San Juan Capistrano. Extensive damage caused by an earthquake in 1812 caused the community to decline. Following the Mexican secularization act of 1833, the mission village officially became a town and was briefly renamed as San Juan de Argüello. After the American conquest of California, San Juan remained a small, rural town until the 20th century; the restoration of the mission in the 1910s–20s transformed the town into a tourist destination and a backdrop for Hollywood films. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
