Andrea did an excellent job helping me get my card. She is very knowledgeable and informative. Andrea is always there for you if you have any questions and will help you every step of the way filling out the forms needed. She helped me get my card within 7 days. I highly recommend Pain Therapy Associates! Andrea was incredible- so knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me through the whole process which was done in two days. The greatest thing was I never had to go to a doctors office - I was able to take care of everything from my home. Great service, always available to answer questions, kind and patient. Call them, you can't get better!

Very glad I came across their website. They made the process very seamless and stress free. Best of all, everything on my end was done at home. No need to physically visit a new doctor. They were professional, very prompt with email replies and had plenty of documentation explaining the application process to help patients along the way. Highly recommend their services.
