APPOINTMENT AN HOUR LATER? If it sounds too good to be true ... it is .... scheduled an appointment at 2.30 was running a little late so I called ahead to let them know I would be there, I didn't want them to cancel on me for being late. After arriving I wasn't sure where to go since the signs on the door are flipped for the 2 clinics that work out of the same place. Upon entering it kinda had the cheap motel lobby feel. Staff seemed in a hurry to get all my info and insurance which was good. But, after being checked in the waiting game began... there I sat waiting and waiting and waiting... even tho i sat in front of receptionists, they didn't bother to let me know what the wait time would be to be seen. i did have a 2.30 appointment. 1 hour 15 mins later and not one peep from any of the staff members. i guess they weren't really interested in helping me....THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME... I'M STILL IN PAIN

I love the way you are treated from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The entire staff is welcoming and they are very friendly. Everyone really wants to make sure you have a pleasant experience. My doctors are caring and really listen to me. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs help with pain issues.
